Material:-
Raw – 1 cup,
Curd – 1 cup,
Eno – 1 tsp,
Boiled potatoes 2 nos.
Peas – half a cup,
Chopped onion – 1 no.
Ginger – Chilli – Garlic paste – 1 tbsp.
Chilli – as required
Turmeric – as needed
Garam masala – as needed
Paneer – 100 grams,
Mint sauce – 2 tbsp,
Sauce – 4 tbsp,
salt to taste,
Method:-
Prepare halwa by mixing curd, eno, and salt in a bowl. Grease a bowl, fill half a bowl with pudding, and steam it for ten minutes. Meanwhile, mash the boiled potatoes and add peas and all the spices.
When the idli is ready and cools down, cut it horizontally and separate it into two parts. Pour the sauce over one piece of idli. Place potato mixture over it and grate cheese on top. Put sauce on the idli side like a burger and apply it on the first side. Heat butter in a pan and fry lightly.
Finally, arrange and serve with bunches of tomatoes and cucumbers.
